Who can request it
Any rights holder (intellectual property, trademark, personal data) or manager of a listed business who wants to correct or remove their listing or a specific piece of content.
How to request it
Use the “Claim your listing” form (option “remove my listing” or “correct details”) or email hola@atlasibiza.com stating: your name and role, the URL of the affected page, what you want changed or removed and, if you claim rights, proof of ownership.
What we do
We review requests as soon as possible (target: 3 business days). Where appropriate we correct or remove the content and confirm to you. If we need more information we will ask.
If you disagree
You can reply with your reasons and we will reconsider. This is without prejudice to your legal rights or to the competent authorities.
