Flat walk of about 3 km beside the only river of the Balearics, with the Pont Vell, attributed to Roman times.

About

The River Route covers about 3 km of almost flat ground from around Plaça d'Espanya to the Pont Vell and takes about two hours. The three-arched bridge is mentioned from 1720, is attributed to Roman times and was the main entrance to the town until 1918. On the way is Can Planetes, a centre with panels on the river, irrigation channels and mills. It is a public walk; we found no price or hours for the centre. It combines well with the climb to Puig de Missa.
